Right now we only have nightly docs for pulpcore-plugin which are here:     

 https://docs.pulpproject.org/en/3.0/nightly/ 
 https://docs.pulpproject.org/en/pulpcore-plugin/nightly/ 

 It would be great Consider the rc2 release with pulpcore 3.0.0rc2 and pulpcore-plugin 0.1.0rc2 coming out. The Travis pipeline that runs to also have      https://docs.pulpproject.org/en/pulpcore-plugin/beta/ actually publish a release candidate. 

 This story does not need to prepare us for the GA, only to release RC2.
