1) Add The first step in adding the the streamer dependencies to the Pulp 3 stack by is updating the playbook and roles used to create our dev environment. A role should be added for installing and configuring squid. 2) Create The second step is creating a new 'pulp-streamer' repository under 'streamer' package in the Pulp organization in GitHub. 3) Define a 'pulp-streamer' v. 0.0.1 Python package that depends on pulpcore. pulp repository. This is where the streamer code will live.
