This feature enables Pulp users to track create repository content sets as repository versions. A repository version represents an immutable a set of content. A new repository version is created every time can consist of the exact same set of content changes. Users can create as the previous version, but in most cases a new version is a subset or a superset of the previous one. A new repository versions version can be created by syncing content using an importer or to sync content. A new version can also be created by specifying which a set of content to add or and a set of content to remove from the previous repository version.  

 Can any repository version An importer can also be used to create a publication? or just latest? 

 in combination with the second method.
