See comment 32 for A new setting on the use case requirements. See comment 42 for rpm_distributor will cause it to publish packages in a clarification layout where from the root of the repository, each package is placed in a directory whose path is "Packages/$x", where $x is the lowercased first character of the package name. The new setting will be a boolean to turn this behavior on the requirements. or off.
