Distributiondesigned to replace theBaseDistributionMasterModel. This PR switches theFileDistributionto useDistribution. It also ships a migration which moves the data from theBaseDistributiontable to theDistributionfield.Required PR: https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/pull/1198/
