Description

Currently, galaxy-ng needs an extra step for finishing the installation:

ansible.galaxy_collection.post_install_config

We've workaround it on single-container doing: https://github.com/pulp/pulp-oci-images/tree/latest/pulp_galaxy_ng

Galaxy may provide an easier way to do this: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AAH-281
