Description

Enable DELETE on blobs upload endpoint

DELETE 	/v2/<name>/blobs/uploads/<uuid> 	Blob Upload 	Cancel outstanding upload processes, releasing associated resources. If this is not called, the unfinished uploads will eventually timeout.
