Description

In pulp 2 there is a checksum_type configuration available for distributors.
In pulp 3 it's possible to specify such for a publication creation.

Migration plugin should migrate this configuration and if the checksum_type changes between the migration re-runs, it should force a new publication to be created (update needs_publication method for rpm migration).
