The latest changelogs are not available in the latest site, even though they are present on 'master'.

I was able to manually kick off a build to update the docs. I looked at the webhook for RTD in github and it looks configured correctly. I don't see any recent requests from github though so I am going to wait for a PR to get merged to debug.

I configured the githook after filing this, I should have posted that.
I still don't see all the tags or branches, e.g. 3.0, I expect though, that's why I didn't close.

Looks like the branches and tags are showing up. I think this should be fixed now.
