Description

Ticket moved to GitHub: "pulp/pulpcore/1847":https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/issues/1847

This also includes publishing:
pulpcore
pulp_file from pulpcore & pulp_file

It should be configurable (in the yml) whether to do it or not, and other options (like the organization name on quay.io, possibly the registry.)
