Description

This will be a backwards incompatible change.

Use the updated master/detail publication to publish a repository, removing Publisher Viewset, model, and serializer.

Completion of this refactor:

  • User can publish a repository version by a POST to v3/publications/python/warehouse/
  • User cannot create a publisher
  • Update the quickstart docs
  • Ensure high quality REST API docs by including good help_text
