Migration 0009 Line Wrap Fail

Migration 0009 Error Message
A user who ran into dependency issues with Migration 0009 submitting the attached log file. The error message contains a longer URL which is being line wrapped across two lines.
The URL should either be shortened and/or moved to its own line.
Also the user missed the help text altogether because they were focused on the Traceback. Maybe some whitespace should be added around the error message to make it stand out more.
