pulp_puppet plugin feature request: work around puppet jruby bleedthrough with environment isolation

The puppetserver JRUBY instances can allow bleed through between environments: https://tickets.puppetlabs.com/browse/SERVER-94
To address this, you can apply environment isolation for each puppet environment: https://puppet.com/docs/puppet/5.3/environment_isolation.html
e.g., run "puppet generate types --environment <ENVIRONMENT_NAME>"
We are currently needing to run this upon each publish/promote of pulp generated puppet environments. I'd prefer it to be an option or a feature of the pulp_puppet plugin.
