The Reaper Mixin will no longer be added to models, so a different workflow will need to be figured out to identify which documents to reap

- Status changed from NEW to CLOSED - WONTFIX
The current plan (for the MVP) won't need reaping at all. The plan is to have users DELETE objects on their own with filters. I'm going to close this story for now.
