Sometimes 1 upstream bug will need to be related to 2 downstream BZs. Currently this breaks the automation because the upstream Pulp bug can only be associated with 1 downstream BZ. This should be improved so that updates flow downstream in these situations also. Currently the workaround to this problem is to only associate 1 BZ with 1 Pulp issue.
