Description

As a systems administrator, I would like to have all of the content necessary to build an application in a single repository. For example, I would like to be able to synchronize my code (Git), all of the PyPi modules (sync of the PyPi site on that day), the OpenShift Builder Image (Docker tag), and the upstream Base Image (RHEL, CentOS, or Fedora. Docker tag) so that I can recreate a specific version of my application from a specific time.

Essentially, as systems administrator, I would like to have a Definitive Media Library for all of the assets necessary to rebuild my application.
