Description

rpmlint considers agent.conf's emptiness to be an error:

pulp-agent.noarch: E: zero-length /etc/pulp/agent/agent.conf

We should either fill out some defaults or not put this file in place. For now, the Rawhide package will not put this file in place to eliminate the error.
