Description
During the conversion to mongoengine, jortel observed that sections of the importer code could produce incorrect results if two repository syncs that both use that importer are performed at the same time. Specifically it was observed in directory.pyL#259.
I recommend that we wait to fix this until after we have migrated to postgreSQL. We can use transaction support to ensure the consistency of the data layer in critical sections of code which require that. This is a good example of one of those.
