We should update the Python docs to reference this Redmine instance instead of Bugzilla.

Is this only for the python package? I was planning to do a docs update like this for platform. The platform part will be done with #91.

Yes, this is just about changing the Python package's docs. The Python
package doesn't have a BZ component, so all of its tickets should go to
Redmine.
