### Status Meta
The QE tasks included in the release process included manual verification of some of the issues included in the release, making sure automation jobs pass and upgrade automation jobs passing.
Changes were made to FIPS and non-FIPS installation to prioritize pulp.repo installation over epel or other source repos. Without, a resulting failure, such as with amqp, can and did occur.
