| Sprint | Work planned for 2 weeks. Committing to delivering this in this 2 week period. Urgent and/or Important items that need to be started on & delivered soon | Ok if work takes longer than 2 weeks, but not a placeholder for stuff we don't want to forget. |
| Quarter | 3 month bucket | Only current quarter is committed and staffing confirmed. Next quarter is for planning and staffing will be confirmed before the Quarter starts. |
