Summary

All the issues filed this week were on 2.10. 1 was a python plugin related issue. 1 with incremental publish, And 1 --skip requiring export_distributor.

We will be looking at the automation tests to include these scenarios in the rpm automation suites. (skip cases, repo update etc). --skip issue is the 2nd of its kind getting reported in the last 2 weeks.
