**Ticket moved to GitHub**: "pulp/pulpcore/1950":https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/issues/1950 ---- There are different types of proxies - http, https, and SOCKS5. We only use the word "proxy" so it is not clear which of these types Pulp supports and which are not supported. The impression I get is that only http proxies are supported and no others, but I'm not sure.
