Starting with pulpcore 3.11 `md5` and `sha1` are excluded from the list of supported ones by default. Since pulp2 allow them, it can cause problems during migration from pulp 2 to pulp 3. Add a default setting and make it clear in the docs that this setting is set before the migration is run. There are ways to resolve problems when a user ran the migration first and only then adjusted the settings. This needs to be documented as well.
