Add variables for molecule prepare.yml to clone the desired branches (commitishes) of plugins & pulpcore.
Also consider moving this into pulp_installer itself, rather than just molecule. So that users doing dev installs on actual systems, or pulplift, can take advantage of it. It may be the VCS URL also/instead.
