These tests should verify that Pulp is up and running at least. spredzy mdellweg already started on some (molecule/scenario_resources/tests/test_default.rb), but they are not currently run. Additional molecule work is required to get inspec to run them, and the tests themselves have syntax errors and semantics errors.
