Add variables for molecule prepare.yml to clone the desired branches (commitishes) of plugins & pulpcore. Also submit PR to pulp_rpm_prerequisites pulp_rpm_prrequisites (& galaxy_ng_prerequisites?) to use it. Also consider moving this into pulp_installer itself, rather than just molecule.
