We currently use a vagrant pulp user that owns files (e.g. /var/lib/pulp) and run processes (e.g. pulp_workers), etc. pulp_workers) but we still have a vagrant user we use to runserver and own the pulp code. We'd like to rename this vagrant user to pulp to be consistent with ansible installs. pulp.
