Based on the proposed doc structure [0] the Workflows and Use Cases section of the documentation should be created and stubbed out: 

 Workflows + Use Cases 
 * 
     Landing Page 
 * 
     Upload & Publish 
 * 
     Deferred Download 
 * 
     Mirroring 
 * 
     Promotion 

 The Landing Page should contain a summary of what belongs in this section. Each separate page should be stubbed out.
