There is a lot of value in having this be separate from pulp_puppet_module_builder, since users may need to make a manifest file from other file types (such as isos). --- Additional comment from mhrivnak@redhat.com at 09/24/2014 16:21:54 --- We will provide a script that generates the PULP_MANIFEST v1 for starters.
