As a CLI user, I can upload a skopeo transport dir, and the CLI will only include blobs that are not already in pulp.

Description

This story is to add a shortcut command.

After https://github.com/pulp/pulp_docker/pull/236 is merged, the API will be able to accept tarballs that don't contain all the blobs, provided they are already in the repository.

This leaves the user with some manual steps that could be provided by the CLI as a single command.

  • Check the output directory of skopeo, and retrieve the manifest
  • Make an API call to Pulp to determine which blobs are already in the target repository
  • tar the directory (without blobs that are already in the Pulp repository)
  • upload
