While assisting a user today, I noticed that our distributor settings are not documented. I would expect all distributor settings to be documented here:

The docs for the distributor do exist in the technical reference, here: http://pulp-docker.readthedocs.org/en/latest/tech-reference/distributor.html

We need to reconcile why there are importer settings in the user guide, but not distributor settings.
