**Ticket moved to GitHub**: "pulp/pulpcore/2038":https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/issues/2038 ---- Currently pulpcore-manager does not work unless you specify PULP_SETTINGS='/etc/pulp/settings.py' Its kind of annoying that it doesn't default to the default production location of /etc/pulp/settings.py. David davis agreed with me that this is annoying :)
