 We want to catch incompatible changes in pulpcore as early as possible. 
 It should probably not let the CI fail. 
 Maybe we can let the workflow maintain a comment on the pull request to raise awareness. 
 A release PR should only be merged if there are no DeprecationWarnings left for the pulpcore versions specified as compatible.
