It would be good for Pulp to reach a wider set of users. A reasonable step towards this goal is for Pulp to provide a PPA for Debian users that allows them to install and use Pulp, along with a few plugins. Deliverables: * Figure out how to deal with custom dependencies * Package Pulp in a .deb format * Package one or more of these plugins: docker, puppet, python * Build a Debian repository out of the packages * Publish the Debian repository as a PPA * Update build automation * Consider ways to get someone in the community to manage parts of this * Test it on Debian's latest stable
