It could be very helpful to have a single Vagrantfile that provisions a box for Pulp 2, and a second box for Pulp 3. https://www.vagrantup.com/docs/multi-machine/ To accomplish this, we need to combine work in master with the work in 3.0-dev. The git strategy should be worked out before this issue is groomed. One set of roles should be renamed, and the relevant playbook updated to match.
