Description

To reproduce:

0) Have a bugzilla bug use "external trackers" to link to a valid pulp.plan.io issue.
1) Have the pulp.plan.io not have the 'Bugzilla' field set.
2) Run the redmine_bugzilla.py automation
3) Observe the following traceback
