Description of problem:

pulp-rpm accepts empty password for basic authentication. However, nectar does not respect this.

How reproducible:

Easy

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. create a repo with a single username
  2. sync the repo

Actual results:

RPM1004: Error retrieving metadata: Unauthorized

Expected results:

should be able to sync the repo

Consider doing the same for proxy password.
