As an administrator of multiple Pulp3 instances, I would like a simple way to check to see if two publications of a repository are identical.

Expected use case.

Pulp Server 1: I have x repositories, each with multiple publications and distributors (think 1 distributor/publication per "release").

This work is synchronised across multiple Pulp3 instances.

I would like a simple way to ensure that the presented content (current, don't care about added/removed), is identical amongst these instances.

Bonus points if it's accessible without the use of the API :)
