We need to be clear that the last RHEL version for which content is expected to be handled correctly is RHEL8.
We have no idea how future RHEL versions will change, Pulp 2 is only supported content up to RHEL8. Content from later RHEL version will be supported only in Pulp 3+.
We encourage users to upgrade to Pulp3. Even if future content might seem to work fine with Pulp 2, it's likely that some features will be broken or produce incorrect results.
