Reproduce:

  1. sync repository with distribution tree with addon
  2. sync same repo with distribution tree with change in the addon

Sub-repo (addon) is updated ok, its latest_repository_version is bumped (which is used for publication/distribution too). It is not only visible to user as subrepos are not shown in api, and repoversion with distribution tree remains same.
