As a user I can rollback to a repo version by its name

PushContainerRepositories do not have the ability to rollback to previous repo versions, meaning that latest version is always served.

For push container repositories allow to serve latest version and any other if it has a name. For container repositories allow to serve latest version, any other version that has or does not have a name.
