not valid url to add EPEL repo to RHEL7

Since
RHEL7:
$ sudo rpm -Uvh https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/e/epel-release-7-2.noarch.rpm
Epel release 7-2 is not there, but 7-5
