As a consumer of content i can have the content-type properly set.

Description

Atm, we guess [0] the mime type of the content, but the content model in the database should already know the proper value.

In order for the content app to deduce the right content_type, we need to make it available to the published artifact for crafted pulications and to the content for pass through publications.
