Background¶
Pulp is receiving Prometheus support which will automatically turn on when the django_prometheus package is installed on the server.
Solution¶
What is the best way for an installer user to have that python package installed? Is it a new role var, or is there some other mechanism?

- Status changed from NEW to CLOSED - WONTFIX
The prometheus support was never merged so I don't think the installer should do this until Pulp's code would benefit from it.
