Description

I'm seeing Travis failing sometimes:

  msg: 'Error pulling image quay.io/pulp/pulp-fixtures:latest - 500 Server Error: Internal Server Error ("Get https://quay.io/v2/pulp/pulp-fixtures/manifests/latest: received unexpected HTTP status: 500 Internal Server Error")'

We've run into 500 problems before with quay. I think we should move pulp-fixtures to docker hub.
