Description
I approved mcorr's PR[0] which removed Documentation from the main navigation links on pulpproject.org. I'm having second thoughts about it. When I go to other sites like https://www.djangoproject.com/, Documentation is one of the main links. As a developer (and plugin writer), it's easily the portion of our website I use the most and so making it easy to find I think is important.

This belongs in the github repo issues for pulpproject.org. However, it sounds like mcorr is working on a way to introduce docs links to the homepage.
