Description
We currently have a pulp-fedora31 image published on dockerhub[0]. This is a POC image that is not meant to be run in production. We should start publishing images based on CentOS 8 stream. Each pulpcore release should live its own docker hub repository. E.g.: pulp/pulp-3-3 would contain pulpcore 3.3.z and all the plugins that are available for it.
The containerfile for building these images should live in the pulp-oci-images repository.
