Description of problem:
pulp-admin rpm repo remove helptext limits removal to copied or uploaded text. We used to disallow removing content that was sync'd, but that restriction has been removed. We should change the text to just say "remove units".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. $ pulp-admin rpm repo remove
Actual results:
$ pulp-admin rpm repo remove
Usage: pulp-admin [SUB_SECTION, ..] COMMAND
Description: remove copied or uploaded modules from a repository

Expected results:
Something like this:
$ pulp-admin rpm repo remove
Usage: pulp-admin [SUB_SECTION, ..] COMMAND
Description: remove modules from a repository
