closedFedora21 repo is absent for pulp, preventing the installation of admin-client and pulp on Fedora21

Description of problem:
There is no Fedora21 repo at
https://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/pulp/pulp/stable/2/

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow install guide and download fedora-pulp.repo file
2. Try and install any pulp rpm
3.
Actual results:
404 page not found
Expected results:
rpm installs

Add the Fedora21 repo, Fedora21 is officially released.

Pulp 2.6 beta contains Fedora 21 rpms. This is the first Pulp release that will have provided Fedora 21 rpms.
